Today’s workout, ugh, was one of those that when I saw it on “paper”, it didn’t seem too bad. Until, it was too late to back out.
Legs and core:
EMOM – 25 min, 5 movements, 5 rounds.
- Deadlift to Walkout Push-ups (2 push-ups) x 6
- Lunge Clean - Right x 8
- Lunge Clean - Left x 8
- Kettlebell Swing x 10
- Kettlebell Pull-through x 16
